Perfect for a couple/individual who has done all the planning and sees the value of investing in a Event Day Director to orchestrate the day allowing them to be guests at their own special event.
Event Day Director Service includes:
- A two hour consultation to review your event details and contracts
- Access to consulting and advice via telephone or email
- Creation of a time-line, detailed checklists and contact sheets
- A one hour walk-through and finalization meeting with your venue or home space
- Confirm details with each vending professional the week of the wedding
- Rehearsal coordination by your Event Day Director
- Organization and set up of your event
- Distribution of flowers, table runners, decorations, etc.
- Maintain and coordinate time-line for all events during event
- Assist with gifts and personal items at the end of the event
